We’re expanding and looking for top tier Licensed Heating & Cooling Technician to join our team immediately. If you’re experienced, knowledgeable in the HVAC field, and confident in your ability to connect with Customers—we want to hear from you!
We are a family-owned company proudly serving the Golden area since 1962, with a strong reputation for quality service and community pride. As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking driven professionals who are ready to step into a leadership role and grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed and/or certified HVAC technician
- Strong troubleshooting and field experience (5+ years preferred)
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and mentor others
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
